Man runs away from his responsibility and abandons his wife who gave birth to Triplets

Why are some men so irresponsible? Mr. Adewale Omole is the husband of the woman and her triplets pictured above. They already had two children and this was the third pregnancy (that produced triplets) which led to his disappearance. How does he expect the woman to take care of 5 children all by herself? As reported, a bricklayer, Mr Adewale Omole, had vanished and abandoned his wife in the hospital after he heard that she was expecting triplets. He did not even wait for the woman to give birth before he vanished.

Narrating her story, the wife, Mrs Abosede Omole, who already had two children, said her husband abandoned her and the babies. She said her husband started behaving strange after she went for a scan in Lagos where she was told that she was expecting triplets. 

Abosede, delivered the triplets, weekend, at Ekiti State University Teaching Hospital, EKSUTH. She said: “My husband abandoned me even before I gave birth and he has refused to perform his responsibility as a father. He left me without food. That is why I had to relocate to this spiritual home where I have received spiritual succour and financial assistance. “Since the sudden disappearance of my husband, life has not been the same again, as I, the two children and the newly born triplets are finding it difficult to survive. I am begging him to come back for the sake of these innocent babies.” 

Abosede appealed to Governor Kayode Fayemi of Ekiti and well-meaning Nigerians to come to her aid. 

Confirming the story, the matron in‑charge of the maternity at EKSUTH, Mrs Adenike Oluyide, called on well-wishers to assist Abosede, as the triplets are currently at the Special Baby Care Unit of the hospital.

A member of Sabbath Mission Church, Omiolori, Okesa, Ado‑Ekiti, who came to the hospital to see the woman and her children, confirmed that Abosede came to the church and was taken to the hospital from there. 

The church member, who pleaded anonymity, said the leadership of the congregation felt she could benefit from the free medical programme of Ekiti State government for women and children.

And now, i did not want to get you super excited before the end. The wife of Ekiti State Governor, Erelu Bisi Fayemi has rescued the stranded mother of the triplets. She has promised to set her upin a business of her choice pending the anticipated return of her runaway husband.

Also, Beyond settling the hapless woman's accumulated medical bill, Mrs. Fayemi also donated cash and gift items to the nursing mother whose only companion had been her mother, Mrs. Dupe Afolabi since her husband deserted her.

Mrs. Fayemi has also appealed publicly to the feeling man to his wife and children to seek forgiveness. She said "I'm appealing to Mr. Omole wherever he is to please return to his wife and children. He can not run away from his responsibilities. Moreso, you don't know whether these children are future stars." "And i want to use this opportunity to say that we need a law to prevent men from abandoning their responsibilities in the state. There are too many instances where men abandon their families and take off. They abandon their wives in hospitals when they are presented with surgery bills and they take off with he excuse that they are going to look for money."

Seriously, this is a matter that should be attended to. Why would a man be so irresponsible to abandon his wife because she gave birth to triplets? When the children grow up and probably become super stars, only then would he would show his silly face. This is becoming so rampant in this nation.
