Nyanya Blast Suspect Whom The FG Placed A 25Milion Reward On His Head Has Been Arrested In Sudan

The news of five gang members of the Nyanya blast who were paraded on Monday (read here) had led to the findings of another culprit which makes it a total of six suspects.

Yesterday, Abubakar Sadiq Ogwuche (pictured above) whom the Federal Government placed a N25 Million reward on his head was arrested in Sudan where he was hiding. He was arrested by Interpol with help from DSS and will be extradited to Nigeria to face charges of terror.

Abubakar Ogwuche who is British born is said to have served in the Intelligence Unit of the Nigerian Army at Child Avenue, Arakan Barracks, Lagos, between 2001 and 2006 and was arrested in 2011 for being involved in terror activities but was released on bail to his father, retired Col. Agene Ogwuche.

Abubakar is currently a student of Arabic Language at the International University of Africa, Sudan.
