Lady Gaga resembled the White Witch with her spooky attire at the 23rd Annual Glamour Women Of The Year Awards.
She donned a white skirt and matching blazer, with a sheer high-collared blouse underneath. She wore bizarre high platform heels that were adorned with what looked like pearls. Then the singer wore a long blonde wig that was severely crimped, and she covered her face in white powder while opting for no mascara, giving a very scary effect.
